REFUND, CANCELLATION & SALES POLICY

Effective Immediately

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

by completing any purchase with ROYAL GALE LLC or Born To Wine (including classes, events, workshops, services or digital products), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below in full.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All purchases and sales are final and non-refundable. No refunds, partial refunds, cancellations, exchanges, credits or transfers will be issued under any circumstances unless explicitly stated by the business or service provider in writing.

This policy applies to all offerings, including but not limited to:

  • In-person classes

  • Pop-up classes

  • Online classes

  • Workshops and special events

  • Digital products

  • Programs, replays or on-demand content

  • Private or semi-private sessions

LATE ARRIVAL & NO-SHOW

  • Late arrivals may be denied entry at the sole discretion of the instructor for safety or class flow reasons.

  • No-shows automatically forfeit their booking.

  • No refunds, partial refunds, price adjustments, credits, or reschedules will be provided for late arrivals or no-shows.

EXCHANGES, TRANSFERS & CREDIT

In-person class purchases may be exchanged, transferred or credited for:

  • Different date or time

  • Different location

  • Different format such as in-person to online

If an exchange, transfer or credit is offered it is:

  • At the sole discretion of the business/ service provider

  • A one-time only use

  • Has no cash value

  • Cannot be refunded

  • Must be used within a specified time frame

CLASS, EVENT & INSTRUCTOR CHANGES

Born To Wine reserves the right to:

  • Change dates, times, locations or studios when necessary.

  • Modify class structure, music, format and flow.

  • Substitute instructors

Such changes do not qualify for refunds, partial refunds, price adjustments, exchanges, or credits once the service is still being provided in full.

MEDICAL & PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

  • buyers and/or participants are responsible for determining their physical ability to participate in class or digital products prior to completing their purchase. Medical conditions, injuries, pregnancies, or personal circumstances does not override this policy.

  • Participation is voluntary and at the customer’s own risk.

  • In the event of an injury or temporary limitation to the instructor, classes may be modified in pacing or delivery method. Refunds, partial refunds or price adjustments will not be issued once the service is still delivered in full, even with these changes.

CONTACT & NOTIFICATIONS

  • Questions regarding classes, events, services digital products, this policy or any other policy must be directed prior to completing a purchase.

  • Post-purchase inquiries requesting exceptions will not be honored and no refunds, partial refunds, price adjustments, credits or exchanges will be issued.

  • For all matters related to class attendance, scheduling, ticketing, and digital content guidance email is the only accepted form of contact.

  • All customers are required to have an active email to receive notifications relating to classes, events, services and digital products.

  • Failure to contact and notify or receive notifications to and from the business or service provider does not qualify for a refund, partial refund, price adjustment, or credit therefore, no compensation will be issued.

AGREEMENT TO POLICY

IN-PERSON CLASSES, POP-UP CLASSES, WORKSHOPS & EVENTS

Once a booking is completed:

  • No refunds, partial refunds or price adjustments will be issued for missed classes, late arrivals, or no-shows.

  • Scheduling conflicts, travel issues, illnesses, injuries, pregnancy, emergencies, or personal matters do not qualify for any kind of compensation.

  • Leaving early, or being denied entry due to lateness or safety concerns does not qualify for any kind of compensation.

  • All customers must have and show proof of confirmation/ticket in order to enter into class. Inability to show proof of confirmation/ticket will result in no entry and will not qualify for a refund, partial refund or price adjustment.

All bookings are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS (VIDEOS, PROGRAMS, DOWNLOADS, REPLAYS)

All digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of digital content:

  • No refunds, partial refunds, price adjustments, returns, exchanges, cancellations, or credits will be issued once the purchase is completed.

  • Access to a digital product, login credentials, or a download link constitutes as full delivery.

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • User error

  • Accidental purchase

  • Incompatibility with devices or software

  • Failure to download or access

  • Dissatisfaction or lack of results

  • Failure to use the product

Digital products are non-transferable and may not be shared, reproduced, or redistributed.

BUSINESS-INITIATED CANCELLATIONS

If a class or event is canceled entirely by the business or service provider and no replacement option is offered, a refund or credit may be issued at the sole discretion of the business.

This is the only circumstance under which refunds may be considered.

FORCE MAJEURE & ALTERNATIVES

Classes may be rescheduled, postponed or cancelled by the instructor due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Acts of God (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, severe illness breakouts).

  • Injury to the instructor

  • Severe weather conditions (e.g., hurricanes, storms, floods).

  • Local emergencies, government mandates or power outages.

  • Transportation shutdowns or studio related facility issues.

In such cases, the class will be rescheduled or provided in an alternative format (e.g., virtual session) at no additional cost to the participant. Refunds will not be issued when the service is still provided in full in any format as outlined; for any cancellations, or changes caused by these uncontrollable events.

If a class format changes (e.g., in-person to online) due to circumstances beyond the instructor’s control, the booking will automatically transfer to the new format. This change does not qualify for a refund, transfer, or credit as the service is still being provided in full.

Refunds, partial refunds, or price adjustments will not be issued for perceived differences in value between in-person and online formats. The value of the class is based on the instruction, not the medium of delivery.

Completion of a purchase constitutes:

  • Full acceptance of this Refund, Cancellation & Sales Policy.

  • Acknowledgement that no exceptions will be made.

  • Agreement regardless of whether the policy was read in full.

Claims of ignorance, misunderstanding, or failure to read this policy will not be accepted.
